

The Why
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) required the public to wear masks and therefore the demand increased rapidly. Our company needed to move quickly in order to source this product during a critical period for public safety. The immediate urgency was imperative to supply our business partners with personal protective equipment (PPE) or ultimately face consequences of losing business.
Approach
Because we have previously worked with Wholemart in sourcing product, we contacted them. Not only did we receive high-quality masks but were also supplied with COVID test kits along with sanitizers within an appropriate timeframe.
Result
Our company appreciates the swift action that Wholemart took with having the ability to supply PPE products to our network of hospital partners in the United States. We were also able to build and expand our business network because of them.
The Why
Our company are importer of foreign foods in Indonesia. Because of the “Korean Wave” (한류열풍), Korean foods are extremely popular in Indonesia. Unfortunately, identifying and ultimately importing specific foods shown in popular drama or music shows is difficult to accomplish on our own.
Approach
Wholemart not only introduce us to numerous sellers, but also are well-versed in the latest trendy products the current market demands for such as product placement in Korean drama and music shows. Based on this, they continuously recommend these products optimized to the Indonesian market.
Result
Before we start trading with Wholemart, we were supplying our products to 90 Indonesian offline marts. However, after we start trading with Wholemart, we substantially increased our business in revenue and offline mart growth.

The Why
We export to 15 foreign companies in Southeast Asia and China before starting our business relationship with Wholemart. We attempted to break ground in North America in a similar fashion as the Asian market but had difficulties to achieve similar results.
Approach
Without getting into specifics, Wholemart recommended a new business strategy that conformed to the US market. They dedicated resources to marketing our products to the North American market with changes tailored to the US culture.
Result
Thanks to Wholemart and their A-to-Z business model, we have increased our sales numbers in North America, simplifying the way we do business going forward.

Through strategic rebranding efforts, Wholemart has been a key contributor in successfully marketing our products to resonate to US consumers and culture.
Result
The partnership with Wholemart has brought us much success in our global expansion efforts with revenues increasing from $50M USD to $117MM USD.
